WOW FACTOR!
Each week you'll receive the "Workout of the Week" which is a ‘basic’ workout that's meant to challenge you mentally and physically. Perform it on your own time and keep track of your scores. Attempt the same workout weeks later and see your progress! There's no better feeling than beating yourself! YOU vs YOU!

We want to continue to build a community that is positive and supportive. That is why Jan 3rd will be a dedicated MEET + GREET! This will be an opportunity for all members to connect before we MOVE + GROOVE together! And of course, we'll end our last class with a social to celebrate 8 weeks of Feel Gud Fun!

I was in a slump for a while during quarantine but I'm so thankful for Sara for bringing back fitness and motivation into my life! Her workouts are always hard enough to make you feel proud you did them, but not too hard that you want to quit. VIRTUAL SOCIALS
On March 7th, you are invited to join us for a ZOOM Meet + Greet. This will be an opportunity to connect before we start to MOVE + GROOVE together! And after the 8 weeks are done...OBVIOUSLY we'll celebrate! LETS GET IT!

Our lives get so busy sometimes, we forget to drink water, or eat our lunch...we've all been there. Coach Sara and Sylvia will check in from time to time, to share positivity, motivation and some FEEL GUD TIPS!

VIRTUAL FITNESS CLASSES 3X/WEEK ON ZOOM
6pm EST / 3pm PST
STRENGTH DAY TUESDAYS
Focus on strength, form and mobility! With minimal equipment this class will get you working on FULL BODY TENSION! We'll work on the basics and build from there! Spicing things up with a booty band and some weights is always encouraged - 50 minute class

BOXHIIT THURSDAYS
The BoxHIIT classes are guaranteed to KNOCK you out! Jab, Cross, & Duck your way to being a bad ass! Surprise finishers and fierce combos will keep you HOOKED! - 50 minute class

SLOW BURN SUNDAYS
Workouts inspired by a mix of band work, mobility, yoga & pilates, etc. This class improves your flexibility, coordination and technique. AND IT BURNS! - 50 minute class

MEET YOUR COACHES
Sara is a Personal Trainer, a Physical & Health Educator and some say - the Burpee Queen! She decided to pursue a career in fitness for the same reason she became a teacher - to help people. During her Masters, she researched the impact teachers have on students who lack confidence in athletics. Since then, it has become her mission to inspire others to find a love for fitness and wellness that is sustainable. She is passionate about building strength from the inside out, and doing what makes you feel good! Her dream is to empower others to feel confident and comfortable in their bodies, while spreading messages of self-love and self-acceptance.
Sara Prodanos
Sylvia is a boxing fitness instructor and personal growth junkie. She has a passion for helping others find a love for fitness and for themselves. Quitting the 9-5 corporate world after many years to pursue a freelance life of fitness full-time, she believes that there is no set timeline for life, and everyone has a unique path to finding their passion. Still on a journey of personal self-discovery as she navigates life with grief, fitness, and a new career path, her dream is to make an impact and help others find themselves and navigate their way through life with acceptance, light, and positivity.
